Arcnode RemoteGet help from someone you trust
Your helper gives you a link or a 9-digit code. You see who they are before anything is shared, and you decide what they may do.
Arcnode Remote runs on Windows. Open this link on the Windows computer that needs help.
Only use a code from someone you contacted yourself, or someone you know. Arcnode, Microsoft and banks never call you to offer help with your computer.
